Executive Board

The Executive Board draws up CFK policy.

Staff

CFK employs seven staff (5,75 fte) each with their own expertise.

Council of Members

The members’ council represents members’ interests and advises the board on matters such as the budget, the annual accounts and amendments to Articles or regulations.

Supervisory Board

The supervisory board oversees policy set out by the executive board and its general conduct of the fund’s affairs.

Investment Committee

The investment committee advises the executive board concerning investment policy.

Disputes Commission

Any individual fund member can call on the disputes committee to pronounce on a dispute he may have with CFK. The committee then examines the case and submits its recommendations to the CFK executive board.
