Does a Dutch club have a player under contract who lives in another country? That player is in principle not obliged to join the bridging scheme and the club need not apply for dispensation for him. However the club must provide the CFK with a ‘resident abroad’ certificate for the player.
NB: the player is nevertheless obliged to join the basic pension scheme.
