Investment policy
CFK has a defensive investment strategy with an absolute return objective, aiming at an annual return which is 1.0% higher than the average savings rate on a bank account in the Netherlands. The chance of a negative return (loss) in any given year is kept as small as possible. However, it is undesirable to invest exclusively in risk-free government bonds: because interest rates are currently extremely low, this would certainly lead to an undesirably low or even negative return.
The portfolio is widely spread over various categories such as cash, Euro Core government bonds, residential mortgages, corporate loans, real estate (residential and retail), commodities and equities. For the precise description, we refer to the prospectus. The investment risk is limited, among other things, by emphasizing 'safe investments' and by investing in highly diversified investment funds.
The assets under management are approximately € 580 million.
